Submitting a quote request form through this Site does not bind, alter, renew, or cancel any insurance coverage. A quote request is an inquiry only. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to submit information on behalf of any business you represent.

The Sinai Coverage name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Sinai Coverage LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SINAI COVERAGE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
