What do you need covered?
Own, rent, or own a condo. Pick the one that’s you and we’ll show you what usually applies. Then tell us once, and a licensed agent shops it across 50+ carriers and handles the rest. The forms, the calls, the back-and-forth: ours.
Three situations. Three different answers.

You own a home
The house, what's in it, and what happens if someone gets hurt on your property. And flood is always a separate policy, which more people need than carry it.

You rent
Your landlord's policy covers the building, not your stuff and not your liability. Renters coverage costs little, and most leases require it anyway.

You own a condo
The association's master policy stops at your walls. What's inside the unit, and the gaps the association won't touch, are on you. We read the documents and find the line.
Homeowners insurance does not cover flood.
Not in Florida, not anywhere. Flood is always a separate policy, and a lot of people find that out after the water is already in the house. If you own property in a coastal state, it’s worth a five-minute conversation with us even if you’re not in a mapped flood zone. A big share of flood claims come from outside them.
Not sure what you need?
That’s fine. Most people aren’t. Start the quote, tell us your situation, and a licensed agent sorts out the rest with you.
