Have a claim? Call us first.

A claim is the day your policy earns its keep, and the day most agents disappear. We don’t. Here’s how to report it, and how we keep it moving.

How it works

Claims are paid by your insurance company. We keep yours moving.

To be clear: claims are processed and paid by your insurance company, not by Sinai Coverage. Our job is the follow-through. We help you report it correctly, stay on the adjuster, and explain what’s happening in plain English when it gets complicated.

  1. If it's an emergency, safety comes first.

Protect people, then property. If there's a fire, an accident, or an injury, call 911 before anything else. Photos and paperwork can wait until everyone is safe.

  2. Report the loss to your insurance company.

The claims number is on your policy documents and your insurance ID card, and most insurance companies run 24-hour claims lines. Report it directly with them as soon as you reasonably can. Sooner is better.

  3. Then tell us. We stay on it with you.

Use the form below or just call. We follow up with the insurance company, chase the adjuster when things go quiet, translate the jargon, and keep you posted at every step until it's resolved.

This form tells us what happened so we can get to work on your side of it. It doesn’t replace filing with your insurance company directly; do both, and we’ll take it from there.
