A certificate of insurance (COI) is a one-page document that proves you have active coverage. Clients, landlords, general contractors, and permit offices routinely ask for one before they’ll sign a lease, release a payment, or let you on a job site.
Chasing one down shouldn’t hold up your work. As your agent, we issue COIs on your behalf, typically same or next business day.²Request as many as you need. It’s part of the service, not an extra charge.
