How it works

Three steps, and only one is yours

  1. Tell us what you need

One short application, about three minutes. We only ask what a licensed agent actually needs to quote you. No account, no credit card, no phone tag.

  2. We do the shopping

Your file goes to the 50+ carriers we work with. We compare what comes back on price and on what's actually covered, and if something needs more underwriting time, we tell you where it stands.

  3. You pick, we bind it

Quotes back, on average, within 24 hours. Choose the one that fits, we bind it in writing, and from that day on you have a person to call.²

What a review covers

  • The price

What the same coverage runs at the other carriers we can place it with.

  • The limits

Whether they've kept up with the business they're supposed to protect.

  • The exclusions

The fine print that decides a claim, read now instead of after.

  • The deductibles

Whether what you'd pay out of pocket still makes sense for the premium you're paying.

Claims

When something goes wrong, you call us

Not a claims hotline, not a hold queue. Us. We stay on the adjuster, push the paperwork, and argue your side until it’s resolved. Here’s the kind of moment a policy exists for.

A customer slips in a retail shop

A soaked entry mat on a rainy afternoon, a fractured wrist, and a demand letter a few weeks later asking for medical bills and lost wages. General liability is built for this: the policy assigns a defense attorney, handles the negotiation, and pays a covered settlement up to the limit. The owner's part is usually the deductible and a few phone calls.

An overnight kitchen fire closes a café

A grease fire spreads through the prep area after closing, and the fire marshal shuts the building for repairs that take months. A business owner's policy covers the rebuild and the destroyed equipment, and its business income coverage replaces a portion of what the café would have earned while it was dark, with rent still due the whole time.

Questions we hear a lot

No, and that's the point. We're an independent agency, which means we work for you, not for a carrier. We take your application to the 50+ insurance companies we work with, bring back quotes, and stay your point of contact for everything after. The policy itself is issued by the carrier you choose.

You can switch any time. Cancel mid-term and the unused premium comes back to you, though some policies carry a short-rate penalty or a minimum earned premium. We check for that before you move a dollar. Sometimes the cleanest move is lining up the new policy to start at renewal, and we'll tell you which applies to yours.

Because pricing depends on how your business is presented: class codes, payroll splits, deductibles, limits. A sloppy classification costs you at quoting and again at audit. Presenting your risk correctly is most of what a good agent does, and it's the part you never see.

For most businesses: what you do, rough payroll and revenue, and your current declarations page if you're insured now. If you've had claims, loss runs help us place you well. The basics take about three minutes.

Policies priced on payroll, like workers comp and general liability, get audited at year end. If actual payroll ran over the estimate, you owe the difference. If it ran under, you get money back. We set honest estimates up front so the audit is a formality, not a surprise bill.

As soon as you accept a quote and confirm payment, we bind. Coverage is official when a licensed agent confirms it in writing, and certificates for your landlord or GC go out right after.

Let’s get this off your plate

Three minutes to tell us what you need. A licensed agent shops the market, quotes come back usually within a day, and the moment you say yes, we bind it in writing. That’s the whole process.

Disclosures

  1. Sinai Coverage LLC is an independent insurance agency, not an insurance company. Every policy we place is underwritten and issued by the carrier you choose. Headquartered in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Serving all 50 states.
  2. Average turnaround across recent quote requests. More complex risks and certain coverage lines can take longer.
