Questions we get every week.

What people actually ask before working with us, answered the way we’d want them answered. If yours isn’t here, call us. A real person picks up.

No, and that's the point. Sinai Coverage is an independent insurance agency. We work for you, not for a carrier. We take your application to the market, bring back options, and stay your point of contact before and after you buy. The policy itself is issued by the insurance company; the shopping, the advice, and the follow-through come from us.

Most agents are appointed with two or three insurance companies, because genuinely shopping a risk across the whole market takes real work. We built for that work. Your application goes across 50+ carriers, and we compare what comes back on coverage and price before you see a quote. Same license, very different amount of shopping.

Nothing out of pocket. When you buy a policy through us, the insurance company pays us a commission out of the premium you were paying anyway. You don't pay us a fee, and there's no markup for using an agency. Same price, plus a person who picks up the phone.

A licensed agent responds within one business day, and quotes usually come back within a day of completing your application. Complex risks can take longer, and if yours does, we tell you where it stands.

No. Tell us what you do and what you're worried about. Figuring out which coverage actually applies, and which you can skip, is our job, not yours. That's true whether it's your business, your car, or your home.

We serve clients in all 50 states from our office in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Wherever you live or your business operates, we can shop it.

Yes. Sinai Coverage is a member of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and, through it, the national Big "I" (Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America), whose Trusted Choice brand for independent agencies appears in our footer.

Yes, and it's one of the most common ways people start with us. Send your current policy or declarations page and we'll shop it across the carriers we work with, line for line. If what you have is genuinely the best fit, we'll tell you to keep it. That answer costs us a sale today and usually earns us a client later.

You can switch any time. Unused premium generally comes back to you when you cancel mid-term, though some policies carry a short-rate penalty or a minimum earned premium, and we check that math before you move so there are no surprises. Often the cleanest play is lining up the new policy to start at your renewal date.

No. Getting quotes doesn't change, cancel, or touch anything you have now. Your existing coverage stays exactly as it is unless and until you decide to switch, and if you do, we coordinate the timing so you're never uninsured in between.

No. Submitting a form starts the conversation, nothing more. Insurance companies still review and approve every application, and no coverage is bound until a licensed agent confirms it in writing. We'll tell you clearly when you're covered.

We stay your point of contact for the life of the policy. Certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewal reviews, and help with claims all run through us. One number to call, and a person who already knows your file, instead of an insurance company's call center.

Before your renewal date, we review the insurance company's offer against the market. If the price moved or your situation changed, we re-shop it without being asked. If staying put is the right call, we tell you that too. You shouldn't have to chase your own agent every year.

When a landlord, lender, or general contractor asks for proof of coverage, send us the certificate holder's details and we issue the COI, typically same or next business day. It's part of the service, not an extra charge, and you can request one as often as you need.

Call us. Claims are filed with and paid by your insurance company, and we make sure yours doesn't stall. We help you report it correctly, explain what to expect at each step, and stay on the adjuster until it's resolved. The day you have a claim is the day an agent should earn their keep.
