Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Sinai Coverage LLC ("Sinai Coverage," "we," "our," or "us") operates https://sinaicoverage.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your choices. We are an independent insurance agency and broker; we are not an insurance carrier.

By using this website you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information gathered automatically when you visit the site.

Information you provide

  • Contact and quote request forms: your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry type, coverage lines requested, and any optional message you include.
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message or communication sent to us via email or phone.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, operating system, and device type.
  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it.
  • Analytics and session-recording data collected through Microsoft Clarity, a third-party service, subject to Microsoft’s own privacy policy. We do not sell this data.

We do not collect payment card information or maintain user accounts through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry or quote request and follow up with you regarding your coverage needs.
  • To obtain insurance quotes on your behalf from carriers, managing general agents, and wholesalers in our network, which requires sharing your information with those parties.
  • To communicate with you about your policies, renewals, endorsements, and other service matters if you become a client.
  • To send you marketing and informational communications about our services by email or phone. You may opt out at any time (see Section 6 below).
  • To improve and maintain this website and understand how visitors use it.
  • To comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or legal process.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With insurance carriers, managing general agents, and wholesalers for the purpose of obtaining quotes or placing coverage on your behalf. Submitting a quote request constitutes your consent to this sharing, which is the core function of our brokerage.
  • With service providers who assist us in operating this website or running our business, such as email platforms and CRM software, subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
  • If required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our business assets, where your information may be transferred as a business asset subject to the protections of this policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and site functionality. We use Microsoft Clarity, a third-party analytics and session-recording service, to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed, where visitors click, how they scroll, and a replay of the visit itself. Form fields on this site are configured so Clarity masks what you type; it does not record the values you enter. Clarity is not used on this site’s internal pages.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features but will not prevent you from submitting a quote request or contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes. If you become a client, we retain your records for the period required by applicable insurance regulations.

Quote form entries that are started but never submitted follow a separate, shorter rule. See Information You Enter Before Submitting below.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable Florida law.

To opt out of marketing emails or phone contact, reply "unsubscribe" to any marketing email or contact us directly at info@sinaicoverage.com. Note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to an active quote or policy.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for breaches caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites, including carrier websites, industry resources, or reference material. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their privacy policies separately before providing any personal information to them.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is directed at businesses and adults seeking commercial insurance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Information You Enter Before Submitting

Our quote form and our workers compensation review form both save your answers as you enter them, before you submit and even if you leave without finishing. We do this to understand where people get stuck so we can improve the process, and so a licensed agent can follow up if you have already given us a way to reach you.

What we save is limited to what the form asks: what you are getting coverage for (business or personal) and which coverage lines interest you, your industry, whether you run an HVAC business, your ZIP code or state, employee count, years in business, whether you are currently insured and when that policy renews, your name, phone number, email address, and whether you agreed to receive calls or texts about your quote. We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or payment details anywhere on this site.

Entries that are never submitted are deleted after 90 days. To have yours removed sooner, email us at info@sinaicoverage.com.
